II. Visit of our website

However, if you use an input form to send an inquiry, we collect and handle your data to fulfill your request. This is only based on legal conditions or your consent. According to GDPR we have set up a contract on order processing with our hosting service provider.

We use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) / TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption protocol for secure data transmission of the data you enter on this website.

III. Contracts on services and delivery of goods

To process your orders on services and delivery of goods, we require and collect information according to the following standards:

Accordingly, your data will be used for the following purposes: To enable the contract to be performed, to offer specialist counselling and to send interesting offers, we use your personal data, provided you gave your consent or unless there are any other applicable legal provisions.

You may withdraw your consent at any time in writing or electronically by applying to the contact data given in section I.5.

Forwarding of your personal data to third parties for other purposes, especially for advertising, is excluded.

3. Will my data be forwarded to third parties?

Without your express permission or any legal obligation, transfer of your data to third parties is excluded. In case partners are supporting us in data processing, these partners will be bound by contract to deal carefully with your data. They are also bound contractually not to use your data for own purposes or forward them to third parties.
