Confirmation of registration / Invoice

This registration is binding. A written confirmation and an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address indicated within a week.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your participation in writing as follows:

• 100% refund for cancellations received 2 weeks before the beginning of the course minus the bank transaction fee and minus 20 € cancellation fee
• 50% refund for cancellations received until 2 days before the beginning of the course
• No refund for cancellations received less than 2 days before the beginning of the course.

Replacement participants may be nominated. Relevant for compliance with the cancellation deadline is the date of receipt by the organizer AEON Verlag & Studio GmbH & Co. KG.

Liability

AEON accepts no liability, especially from culpa in contrahendo and positive violation of claims and other legal grounds originating from AEON. Exclusion of liability shall not be applicable to damages that have been caused by deliberate or gross negligence on the part of AEON. In such case, however, the liability of AEON shall be limited to the participation fee.

Data protection, data security and guarantee of payment

Your personal data given in the registration form will be treated confidentially in compliance with data protection requirements, transmitted with SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) and deleted in accordance with legal requirements. They are processed and stored by us for the purpose of order processing and the execution of the event. In addition, we use your data to send you further invitations to this series of events. The credit card bookings are processed by a certified payment service provider. In the event of improper use of your credit card, AEON assumes costs that arise from the improper use of your credit card, only insofar as these are not covered by the bank, and also on the condition that the misuse of your credit card is confirmed by an entry in the registration form for participation in a BV forum and that the abuse was not caused by an error on your part.

The amount of liability is limited to the amount of the respective participation fee. In the event of improper use of your credit card, you must notify the credit card issuer of this in accordance with the provisions provided for this purpose.
